Hello again!

The new tennis season is here! Great to see new faces at the courts!

It would be great to see you at one of the socials which are on Mondays from 6.30pm and Thursdays from 6.30pm until the 1st May when it moves to 7.30pm.

All Saints Family tennis session from 6.30pm - 7.30 pm from 1st May onward until 10th July.

The club needs more members and this is a great opportunity to raise the club profile within the community!

THE COURT RE-VAMP IS NOW IN MOTION!

It's actually happened! The holes for proper net posts were dug 5th April and will be ready for use 3 weeks from that date - so it'll be ready for play on 25th April! The 3 week delay is so the concrete can fully cure - ie. it prevents the eventualilty of wonky net posts if used too early! Thanks to Nick for his digging prowess, Phil for his mastery of the sweeping brush/driving the wheelbarrow skills and Tony for his measuring skills, digging skills and concrete mixer! The day went very well - next step kill the moss and then paint the court in a smart two tone colour scheme!

THE CLEARED AREA BEHIND THE COURTS - this has been recently done... and we have no trees to screen the courts left standing! No longer a haven for the moss to grow in the shade! Screening the back of the courts with screening mesh now becomes an item! The Grasmoor Committee was not warned of the impending flattening of the back area. It needed to be done though, the hedge will grow back quickly during Spring/Summer. Please be careful when retrieving balls from that area as the road is fast and potentially lethal.

All camps start at 9.30am and finish at 1.00pm.

WEEK ONE: 21st July to 25th July

WEEK TWO: 28th July to 1st August

WEEK THREE: 11th August to 15th August

WEEK FOUR: 18th August to 22nd August

WEEK FIVE: 25th August to 29th August

The start time is the same for all days : 9.30am - 1.00pm
